Introducing Bella Beadwear – the Maven Argentum line of vintage-inspired and tribal-inspired beaded necklaces, bracelets, anklets and earrings! Look for more products to come out featuring Asian, Native American, African and Victorian-influenced styles (Victorian? LOL – that would be in the vintage-inspired category). You will find everything from natural and dyed stones, FW pearls, lampwork/hand-blown glass beads, wood, metal, cinnabar (resin), porcelain/clay, seeds, and many, many other types of beads. The components I use consist of sterling silver and silver-plated, gold-plated and/or vermeil, copper, copper-plated, brass, leather, rubber and more. I mix materials to keep the cost low – and my pieces will last longer if you care for them properly and put them away when you are not wearing them. I do not recommend showering or swimming in any of my creations; HOWEVER, I am working on a few “sporty” items that look really cool and it won’t matter if they get wet. That line will be coming a bit later after I experiment. ;-D
